Meet Our Panel:

Vince Chillura, Senior Vice President, Valley National Bank - Vince Chillura is Senior Vice President in the Commercial Lending Group at Valley National Bank (previously USAmeriBank), specializing in commercial real estate transactions. He has seen tremendous success in lending on projects to a range of real estate customers and is proud to be helping them with their investment and development opportunities.
Prior to joining USAmeriBank, Vince was with LaSalle Bank where he completed their highly regarded commercial banking credit training program in Chicago, IL.
Vince has deep Tampa roots and a passion for his community and its ultimate success. He is engaged and involved in various organizations and activities.

Mike DiBlasi, Market Leader, Commercial Real Estate Advisor, CBRE - Mike currently serves as the Managing Director of CBRE’s Tampa office. In this role, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of CBRE’s business operations and provide strategic direction to grow the firm’s market share in the Tampa Bay area.

With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, I have completed nearly 650 transactions totaling more than 9 million sq. ft. of office, industrial and retail space. Prior to CBRE, I was Executive Vice President at Feldman Equities, where I led leasing efforts at the firm’s 1.6 million-sq.-ft. Tampa Bay office building portfolio. In this role, I was also heavily involved in strategic planning, property acquisitions and development projects. Before Feldman Equities, I spent seven years as Senior Leasing Director for Liberty Property Trust’s, marketing the firm’s 4.2 million-sq.-ft. Tampa portfolio of office and industrial properties where I also negotiated leases, managed tenant improvement projects and helped lead the firm’s expansion efforts in the Midwest. Prior to joining Liberty, I spent three years as an industrial broker with Cushman & Wakefield.

Nancy Surak | ALC, CCIM | Senior Advisor, Managing BrokerWith over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Nancy possesses a deep understanding of marketing and transactional expertise. She has specialized in land brokerage in Tampa Bay, FL since 2005 and has completed deals with notable companies such as Stiles, Sembler, Johnson Development Associates, MI Homes, DR Horton, CalAtlantic Homes, Taylor Morrison, Lennar, GreenPointe Holdings, K Hovnanian, Seminole Tribe of Florida, DevCo, RaceTrac, The Richman Group, Florida Housing Trust Group, NRP Group, LIV Development, ContraVest Development Group, SunTrust, BB&T, Coast Oak Group, Colonial Properties, Crosland, Landmar Group, Kitson & Partners, The Trust for Public Lands, Tampa Electric Company, and Duke Energy.

Nancy has received numerous awards including the Commercial Real Estate Overall Deal of the Year Award in 2018 and 2014 as well as the Land Deal of the Year Award in 2018, 2014, 2012, 2011 and 2010 from Florida Gulfcoast Association of Commercial REALTORS® (FGCAR). She is consistently ranked in the top tier of land brokers in Tampa Bay.  Nancy was awarded the 2016 Sales Transaction Excellence Award by CREW Tampa Bay and in 2015 she was named #1 in Regional Investment Sales. In addition, she was honored by the Gulf Coast Business Review in its “40 Under 40” list as well as by Florida Real Estate Journal as a “Top Woman in Florida Commercial Real Estate”.

She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and holds the REALTORS® Land Institute’s Accredited Land Consultant designation (ALC). She is a full member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and sits on ULI Florida’s Urban Development/Mixed Use Product Council.

Nancy currently serves as an advisor for Tampa Bay’s ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative and as treasurer for REIC. In the past, she served on the board of directors of FGCAR, Tampa Bay’s ULI Management Council, Leadership Tampa Bay, and the Pasco County Economic Development Council. 

Dan Woodward, Division Vice President, Highwoods Properties - As Vice President and Division Manager for the Tampa operation, Dan oversees a portfolio of 3.8 million square feet. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, development, leasing, marketing and finance. Prior to joining Highwoods in 2006, he was senior vice president of Trammell Crow Company, overseeing the company’s development activities in Central Florida. A licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, Dan is active in a variety of professional and civic organizations including past president of the Central Florida Chapter of NAIOP and past-president of the Westshore Alliance. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies at the University of Florida.Dan earned a B.S. degree from the University of Florida. He also earned an M.B.A. from the University of Florida and a M.S. in Real Estate Development from MIT.

Greg Williams, Principal, Cardinal Point Management (moderator) - Gregory Williams is Principal and Co-Founder of Cardinal Point Management, LLC (“Cardinal Point”).  Cardinal Point is a leading owner, operator, and broker of commercial and residential properties throughout Florida.  Prior to Co-Founding Cardinal Point, Mr. Williams worked as a Real Estate Associate for Fidelity Investments in the Real Estate Private Equity Group and as an Associate at Advance Realty Group, a regional owner, operator and developer of commercial real estate in New Jersey.  Mr. Williams is actively involved and serves on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Investment Council (“REIC”) Tampa Bay, NAIOP Tampa Bay, the University of Florida Bergstrom Real Estate Advisory Board, and the USF Real Estate Advisory Board.  Mr. Williams graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate
