Nicholas Haines is Chief Executive Officer at The Bromley Companies, a national real estate owner and developer focused on mixed use, office, retail and college housing. As CEO he has overseen over $1 billion of development and investment transactions, including the 23 acre, 1.7 million square foot Midtown Tampa development. In addition, Nick has led the leasing of over 1.8 million square feet of office, retail, and residential projects in New York, Florida and Illinois. Previous to Bromley, Nick ran marketing and Business development at Vaultus, a mobile software company. He served as a founding member of Merrill Lynch’s Principal Investment Group and was an investment analyst at Brown Brothers Harriman. He received an MBA from Stanford University and a BA from Duke University.
