Jordan Calaguire, Walton Street

Mr. Calaguire is a Principal at Walton Street Capital and is based out of the firm's Chicago headquarters. Mr. Calaguire has held various positions at the firm since 2006 and currently leads Walton Street’s acquisition efforts in Boston, the Southeast US, and Texas. He is also responsible for acquisition opportunities in the apartment and industrial sectors nationally. Mr. Calaguire has completed over $4 billion of transactions in a variety of real estate asset classes and structures including hotel, land, industrial, office, and apartments. Mr. Calaguire received his B.S. from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University and his M.B.A. from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Kevin Chin, PCCP, LLC

Kevin Chin joined PCCP in December 2009 and is responsible for debt and equity originations on the East Coast with a particular focus on the Southeast. Mr. Chin is based in New York and has invested in excess of $2 billion in multifamily, office, industrial, retail and hotel transactions since joining the firm. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Chin worked at Lehman Brothers for seven years within the Real Estate Private Equity and Global Real Estate Groups, where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring, underwriting and asset managing senior loans, mezzanine loans, and preferred equity investments across various asset classes in the United States. Mr. Chin holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Mike Phillips, Loci Capital

Michael Phillips is the co-founder and CEO of Loci Capital.  Loci Capital is a Tampa-based real estate investment firm that currently manages $190.0M of equity investments in a portfolio of diversified real estate assets.  Over his career, Michael has invested $630.0M of equity into $2.1B of real estate investments including multi-family, office, hospitality, and retail. Prior to Loci Capital, Michael was a Managing Principal and voting member of the investment committee at Lubert-Adler Partners, an $8.0B real estate private equity fund with $23.0B of total assets, based in Philadelphia, PA. Michael was also previously a Partner at Boos Development Group and worked in JP Morgan’s real estate investment banking group in New York.  Michael graduated with honors from Georgetown University, and received an MBA with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he was a Joseph Wharton Fellow.

Greg Williams, Cardinal Point (moderator)
Mr. Williams graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate. Prior to co-founding Cardinal Point, Mr. Williams worked for Fidelity Investments in the Real Estate Private Equity Group and Advance Realty Group, a regional owner, developer, and property manager as a professional in the development and capital markets areas of the firm.
