Not Your Grandfather's Pasco!

Register Here!

Pasco County is one of the fastest growing areas in the greater Tampa Bay region.  The commercial real estate market is extremely active.  Pasco features a unique blend of undeveloped, open spaces in close proximity to the modern, vibrant communities that makes it a great location to live, visit and do business.  The urban municipalities of western Pasco are also beginning to see interesting re-investment and redevelopment.

Pasco County has been known for a rich history of family cattle ranches and citrus.  These larger land holdings made growth of a strong residential base possible.  Over recent years, this base helped to fuel a significant increase in commercial real estate activity - led by retail and healthcare.  The SR 54/56 Corridor has been at the forefront of this growth. This corridor spans from US 19 to US 301, with a total capital investment of $1.1B. What areas and sectors are next?

Come get the latest insight from a tremendous panel of key stakeholders and decision makers in Pasco County.
